What You'll Do

Cape Air is seeking a friendly and energetic Customer Service Agent to join our team in Hyannis, MA (HYA). This is a unique, multi-faceted role where you will handle all aspects of the customer experience on the ground, from the ticket counter to the ramp. 'No experience' in aviation is required; we are looking for people with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn. This role is critical to our island-hopping operation, especially during the busy summer season. You will be responsible for checking in passengers, tagging baggage, making boarding announcements, and ensuring a friendly, stress-free environment. You will also work on the ramp, guiding aircraft, loading baggage onto our Cessna 402 and Tecnam aircraft, and communicating with pilots. This position requires the flexibility to work a varied schedule, including early 'day shift' starts, evening 'night shift' (until close), 'weekend shift' availability, and holidays.
